Lead Designer
Overview
FlowRent is a full-stack clone of Airbnb, developed as a graduation project by a multidisciplinary team. The platform replicates Airbnb’s core functionality and user experience — from property listings and bookings to user authentication and reviews.
Although it’s a faithful clone, we introduced subtle design enhancements such as custom tags on property cards (e.g., “New,” “Top Rated”), minor UX refinements, and visual improvements — giving the platform a slightly fresh and polished look while maintaining the essence of the original.
My Role:
I worked as the Lead UX/UI Designer and Team Lead on the FlowRent project.
My main responsibilities included:
Designing the complete user interface and experience
Creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design documentation
Collaborating closely with developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity specialists
Leading team meetings, managing communication across departments, and aligning the team on goals and timelines
Ensuring that the final product matched the vision, usability standards, and overall quality expectations
While I wasn’t directly involved in writing code, I played a key role in bridging design and development — making sure all parts of the product worked together cohesively.
Team Collaboration
This project gave me hands-on experience working in a professional team environment. I developed strong communication and leadership skills, managed feedback loops between designers and developers, and kept the team focused and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Result
The project resulted in a fully working Airbnb clone with a clean and responsive interface, secure infrastructure, and thoughtful design touches. FlowRent demonstrates my ability to lead a product design process end-to-end, collaborate effectively across roles, and deliver a real-world application in a high-performance team setting.
